Made using the same recipe as our standard white sourdough - just shaped into a tin
Real bread made using 'wild yeast' from the environment around us. This loaf contains only 3 ingredients:
Flour. Water. Salt.
Try it toasted with Jam , or make a sandwich with your favourite fillings
**All of our bread is what we would call 'slow food' and takes at least 16-24 hours to make. That is why we need orders at least 2 days before collection.
